Principal’s Message

Education is an empowering tool that splashes wonderful colours on the blank canvas of life. It enriches one's
intelligence and creativity and qualitatively enhances not just an individual, but society at large. To quote
the esteemed socio - political revolutionary Nelson Mandela, “Education is the most powerful weapon we

can use to change the world.

Hinduja College has been committed to the cause of education for over four decades. The institution has been
endeavouring to forge new pathways to provide young learners with varied opportunities to hone their

academic knowledge, as well as their skills and talents. New courses have been introduced; intra and inter-
college competitions and festivals are organized and sports stars are facilitated to grow citius, altius, fortius.

The range of programmes offered by the College include Bachelor's degrees in Finance, Banking,
Insurance, IT, Mass Media, Travel and a host of others, besides Master's programmes and

opportunities for pre-doctoral and doctoral research. The College in its modest way endeavours to contribute
its mite towards fulfilling the demands of a dynamic society and nation.

Luminaries such as HE Shri. Bhagat Singh Koshiyari, Governor of Maharashtra; Ms. Kajal
Kumari, winner of the World Carrom Championship; Dr. Manjusha Molavane, Former Joint

Director of Higher Education (Mumbai Region) and Shri. Ashok P. Hinduja, Chairman of the
Hinduja Group Ltd. and others from the Management have graced the functions of the College and have

inspired both students and staff.
In summation, I extend credit for the growth and achievements of the College to a progressive

Management; qualified and committed faculty, supportive and co-operative non-teaching staff and
motivated students.
