Can You Please Take a Halt Dear Life?
Devanshii (FYBAMMC)
Round and round turn the wheels of time
Can you please take a halt dear life?
I'm tired of the monotony, I want a change, I need rest to get back again.
I want to sleep on dew-kissed grass
I want to feel the heat of noon
I want to sense the calm of a sundown
I want to see birds ying home
No, I'm not whining, I'm just pining
To reclaim a part of me that's lost
Ashes of Pain Flamed into Art!
Anisha Vora (FYBAMMC)
Wish somebody would listen to her,
How she felt when she was unheard.
Nobody realized the pain she hid,
She survived it all, alone, yes she did!
And then with a seless heart,
She turned her grief into art.
Even though no one stood by her,
She grabbed the broken pieces of her heart,
Burnt the ashes of her pain, amed them,
And turned them into miraculous craft!
She found serendipity in life,
And discovered herself amidst the stars!
Changes
Asra Khan (FYB Com.)
In life we arrive and survive
Sometimes with love and joy, sometimes torn and broken
We live through life as it is spoken.
Living on Earth in four seasons – the stages of life pass by
But what about the season that comes next – when our mortal remains are put to rest?
Do we have a say on that?
It's all uncertain
It will unfold its stories that will remain unknown to the body,
but will be disclosed to the soul.

but because of its persistence.” ( Helen Keller) 107
