Our college has created a space for its boy and girl cadets to undergo NCC training in the open units
of No.1 Maharashtra Air Squadron NCC & No.1 Maharashtra Naval Unit to enable the all-round
development of their personality.
Achievements of Cadets

Naval Wing:

In spite of the challenges thrown by the pandemic the following students attended the Cadre Camp
held at Chetana College from February 08 – 12, 2021. The camp enhanced their knowledge about
arms and an opportunity to perform the Guard of Honour before the Honourable Commanding
Officer, Captain Ajit Nair:

1) Yadnika More (T.Y.B. Sc. IT)

2) Pradnya Padalkar (T.Y.B. Sc. IT)

Air Wing:

Combined Annual Training Camps (CATC) were held within the State of Maharashtra under the
aegis of the respective NCC Directorates from October 17 – 26, 2021. These camps were conducted
from early morning to evening for 10 consecutive days in which a range of cultural, physical and
educational sessions and activities, besides training in First Aid, Fire Fighting, Drills, Weapon
Training, Commands Training, firing 0.22 rifles etc. were conducted. The following cadets of the
College were actively involved in Air Wing activities:

1) Lokesh Kapoor (SYBIM)

2) Rutik Mane (SYBIM)

3) Vivek Prasad (SYBTM)
Cadet Vivek Prasad was a part of the team that secured the 2nd position in the Tug of War event.
