Alumni Connect Sessions
The Department instituted the 'Alumni Connect' sessions as a forum for interaction between accomplished alumni from the
Department and current students. Prominent alumni from the Department shared their experiences from their fields of
specialization and expertise.
•· Session on Sound Editing and Features of Video Editing : BMM Alumni Mr. Bhaskar Saxena explained the basics of sound
editing and features of video editing to FYBAMMC students and trained them in editing on Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva.

• Session on Public Speaking and Anchoring : An interactive session on 'Public Speaking and Anchoring' was conducted by
noted anchor and alumni Mr. Aman Sharma in which he spoke about anchoring skills, public speaking and emotional
intelligence. (September 27, 2022)

• Jill Shah, Gaatha Shah and Diya Kothari (FYBAMMC) secured the First Prize in TVC Ad Film Making competition at
'Blitzkrieg' festival organized by K.C. College.
• Aayush Rakesh Shah (TYBAMMC-Advertising) secured the First Position in the Poster Design Competition 'Adspire' at
the inter-collegiate festival 'Nakshatra 2023' organized by N.L. Dalmia Institute of Management.
• Vidhi Jain, Sukrati Gupta, Drashti Vora and Vruddhi Bagadia (FYBAMMC) secured the Best Contingent Prize at the inter-
collegiate festival 'Zeitgeist' organized by St. Xavier's College.
• Vidhi Jain ( FYBAMMC) secured the Best PR Prize at 'Zeitgeist' festival organized by St. Xavier's College.
• Nireeksha Shetty (FYBAMMC) secured the Best PRCL Prize at the Mass Media festival 'Retake' organized by L.S. Raheja
College of Arts and Commerce.
• Doyal Nanavati, Gaatha Shah, Diya Kothari, Shreya Patel, Sakshi Rathod and Drashti Sanischara (FYBAMMC)
secured the Second Position in the Dance competition at 'Retake' festival organized by L.S. Raheja College of Arts and
Commerce.
• Diya Tailor and Dia Bhandari (FYBAMMC) secured the Third Prize in the Face Painting competition at the inter-collegiate
festival 'Tiltshift' organized by Ramnarain Ruia Autonomous College.
• Aditya Chandrakar (FYBAMMC) secured the Third Position in the Vlog Making competition at 'Retake' festival organized
by L.S. Raheja College of Arts and Commerce.
• Vidhi Jain, Sukrati Gupta, Drashti Vora, Devika Shinde, Mahi Shah, Charu Kanojia (FYBAMMC) Ojas Mule of
SYBAMMC; and Adnan Yusuf, Ayush Shah, Ojasi Shtye of TYBAMMC secured the Third Prize in the Short Filmmaking
Competition at 'Zeitgeist' festival organized by St. Xavier's College v
