Guest Lectures
• A Career Guidance session was organized for T.Y.B.Sc.(IT) students by alumni Mr. Mohammed Sunesra working as a
Developer in 'Capgemini' gave insights about the working culture in MNC's. (July 16, 2022)
• An Alumni Talk was conducted for T.Y.B.Sc.(IT) students by Mr. Kush Jain and Mr. Tushar Dhakkan for understanding the
prospects in IT industry. (September 10, 2022)
• A Career Guidance session was organized for S.Y.B.Sc.(IT) students in association with 'Computrain' where the students
were given guidance for further studies in foreign universities. (October 04, 2022)
• A session for students of the programme was conducted on 'Awareness on Professional Certification (Microsoft, Google etc.)
by Mr. Deepak Garg, the CEO of 'NASTECH'. (December 01, 2022)
Field Visit
• A Field Visit to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) was organised for all students of the programme to enhance their
knowledge about the use of Information Technology. (September 22, 2022)
• A visit to N.G. Acharya & D.K. Marathe College of Arts, Science & Commerce was organised on for S.Y.B.Sc.(I.T.) students
where they were given insights about Server set-up and related components used in Networking. (September 23, 2022)
Department Activities
• An Orientation Program was organized for F.Y.B.Sc.(I.T.) students to orient them about the College rules and regulations,
examination structure, discipline, etc. (August 10, 2023)
• An in-campus Placement Drive for students was organized by 'FINACUS' in which 04 students were selected as Software
Developers. (May 03, 2022)
• A Pool Campus drive was conducted for students in collaboration with 'Sanky Placements' at the A.P. College campus.

Students' Achievements

Inter-college Level
• Shivam Dubey, Tisha Jain, Sahil Chaurasia, Yusuf Khan and Sourav Khamkar of the T.Y.B.Sc.(IT) class won the Second
Prize in the Inter-College Research Competition in the Technotronix event held at Lala Lajpatrai College. (January 09, 2023)
• Tisha Jain and Manmeet Singh of Students of T.Y.B.Sc.(I.T.) were Runners-Up in the Inter-Collegiate Speech Recognition
Competition held at A.P. College. (January 31, 2023)
