         •  Job Fair 2023
               A Job Fair was organized in association with Conviction HR & Catalyst Talent
               Management Ltd.  to facilitate placement and internship opportunities for students.
               About 300 students registered for the Job Fair in which several organizations offered
               job opportunities. (February 27, 2023)


















                                 Tremor' - An Intercollegiate Academic Conclave (March 02 - 03, 2023)
               Tremor' is the Annual Intercollegiate Academic Conclave of the Department. The event in the Academic Year 2022-2023
               which was held at IBS Powai was an eclectic combination of Management and Administration events. The theme of the
               conclave was 'Dream Fiesta'. It consisted of eight thoughtfully designed events that consisted of Management Twists and
               Hidden Mind Games to test the critical thinking and reasoning abilities of the participants. The following activities were
               conducted as part of Tremor 2023:
            •  Ace Escape : In this event, participants had to escape a room by solving riddles which led them to a Question Paper that they
               had to answer and a game that they had to complete inside the same room. Only after completing these tasks were the
               participants allowed to escape from the room.
            •  Civil War : The teams were asked questions related to Management, Finance and Marketing, as well as some fun related
               questions.
            •  Dare to Drop: This was a surprise event in which only the CLs and ACLs could participate. It was a Board Game inspired
               event with additional elements of Stocks and Stock Market.
            •  Señor y Señora: This was a Personality Contest. The various rounds in the contest involved participants expressing
               themselves with respect to the outfit they wore, word guessing with clues and charades and a final round in which contingents
               were asked questions related to geo-politics.
            •  Jack of All Trades: In this Product Marketing event participants had to pitch their product and sell it. The final round was a
               surprise event as contingents were asked to pitch the product of the sponsor company BELA.
            •  Delve the Diamonds: This Treasure Hunt event had six clues that were scattered at six different locations, both inside and
               outside the College premises. The clues included logical reasoning, management and finance related riddles.
            •  Battle of Spades: In this event, each team was allotted either a Social Media or Search Engine or an AI related company and a
               common agenda which was 'Emphasis on Breach of Privacy' which they had to defend the Company against. It provided an
               opportunity for participants to showcase their critical and analytical thinking abilities.
            •  Clown in the Circus:  This event comprised of four rounds and in each round students had to solve mysteries of Corporate
               Fraud. From identifying the fraudulent sector with the help of provided information to identifying the Company where the
               fraud was taking place, it was a test for analytical minds. The third and final round comprised of identifying the actual name of
               the transaction with the help of the 'Bank Transaction History' of the Company and finally nailing the actual culprits who were
               strategizing the deception in the Company.
