Guest Lecture
A Guest Lecture was conducted on 'Investor Awareness' wherein students were made aware of the importance of Financial Literacy.
They were also familiarized with the fundamental principles of Financial and Stock Markets. (September 14, 2022)
Field Visit
The Department organized a field visit to the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Students were given an overview of the evolution of
the NSE as a leading Stock Exchange in India. An interactive session was also organized in which students observed live trading and
learnt about Stock Market concepts. (September 24, 2022)

Students' Achievements

Inter-college Level

• Ishita Sharma (SYBBI) was recommended for the 'Director General NCC (DGNCC) Commendation Card' which is a medal
for exemplary performance throughout the NCC Camp. She was also awarded a CWC Scholarship of Rs.3500/- for being the
'Best Cadet'. This scholarship is awarded to promising students with leadership qualities. She also represented Mumbai 'A'
Group at the intergroup Shooting Competition, Drill and Guard Of Honour at various levels.
• Priyanka Muluk (TYBBI) won the First Prize in the Rangoli Competition organized by SIES College of Arts, Science &
Commerce.
• Kush Khator (FYBBI) was awarded a Consolation Prize in the Street Play Competition held at Chandrabhan Sharma College
of Arts, Commerce and Science.

Intra-college Level

• Dewanshi Parakh (FYBBI) secured the First Rank in the Doodling Competition organized during the Students' Week
organized by the Students' Council and Cultural Committee of the College.
• Sanjana Rane (TYBBI) won the Second Prize in the Essay Writing Competition organized during the Students' Week
organized by Students' Council and Cultural Committee of the College.
• Sanika Bano (SYBBI) Captained the College Football Team.
