Entrepreneurship Cell and Incubation Centre (E-Cell)

The Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) of the College was inaugurated on September 27, 2019
at the hands of Shri. Prakash Hinduja Principal Dr. Minu Madlani and Vice Principal of the
Self Finance Section, Dr. Antara Sonawane expressed hope that the E-Cell would ignite a
spirit of entrepreneurship among students. A Memorandum of Understanding was signed
with the E-Cell of ISME (International School of Management Excellence), Mumbai to form
the Entrepreneurship Council and to design its framework.

The E-Cell of the College has been initiated to enable young learners to transform into
entrepreneurs. It has been inspired by the fact that some of the biggest global companies of
the day such as Facebook, Word Press and OYO Rooms, among others were once
conceptualised and created by young entrepreneurs.

Workshops
· A Workshop on the theme, 'Business Modelling and Entrepreneurship' was organised in
association with the E-Cell of IIT, Bombay. Mr Puneet Raman, Founder Prowisdom.com.
conducted the Workshop in which 60 students participated. (September 22, 2019)

· A Workshop on 'Social Entrepreneurship' which was attended by 120 students was
conducted in collaboration with the E-Cell of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
